Starting September 1st, the Southern China Airline has implemented a new regulation for luggage surcharge for passengers from U.S., Canadian and European flights.

The luggage check from flights from these regions is now surcharged per item, instead of by weight. Each item of luggage from Canadian flights cannot exceed 32 kilos while items from U.S. flights cannot exceed 45 kilos.
