Output Value of Hi-tech Industry Keeps Rapid Growth
GDD’s Hi-tech industry kept growing up rapidly, the output value of hi-tech enterprises and hi-tech products from January to May reached 47.772 billion yuan and 69.877 billion yuan respectively, up by 24.4% and 40.3% each, among which, the output value of hi-tech products accounting for 42.93% of the total output value in GDD, up by 2.83 percent as compared with the same period of last year.
West Zone Contributes the Biggest Portion and Science City Makes Rapid Growth in Industrial Output Value
According to the industrial output value achieved by the enterprises in GDD’s various regions from January to May, the output value of West Zone, East Zone, Science City and Yonghe Subdistrict accounted for 31.95%, 29.43% 26.89% and 6.76% of GDD’s total industrial output valuep respectively, among which, the output value achieved by West Zone accounted for the biggest portion of the whole district.
The output value in Science City reached 47.514 billion yuan from January to May, up by 67.17% year-on-year, accounted for a proportion of GDD’s total output value up by 7.04 percentages as compared with the same period of last year .
Pharmaceutical Industry and Medical Equipment Manufacture Industry Show Rapid Growth
At present, the state strategic framework for the development of new industries has almost taken shape. The biological industry, as one of the state new strategic industries, will be mainly engaged in bio-medicine, bio-agriculture and bio-manufacture. GDD’s pharmaceutical industry and medical equipment manufacture industry have shown a trend of rapid development.
Its total industrial output value from January to May was 2.107 billion yuan, up by 38.89% year-on-year with a growth rate of 7.83 percentage more than that of the whole district. In the field of biological industry, large-scale enterprises are Bayer Medicine, Zhongyi Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.etc, enterprises with a more rapid growth year-on-year are XIANGXUE Group, WINSON PHARM, etc, and the new enterprise this year is IMPROVE-MEDICAL etc. The scale expansion of these enterprises will lay a better foundation for GDD’s biological industry development.
