Vehicles can pass GuangZhou Beihuan and Huanan Expressway for free from 7:00 to 21:00 every day from July 26 till August 13. The free sections of Huanan Expressway are Guangshan Road, Guangyuan Road, Zhongshan Avenue and Huangpu Avenue, and the free sections of Beihuan Expressway are the Entrances and Exits of XunFeng Zhou, Guangqing Road, Guanghua Road, Guangyuan Road, Guangshan Road, Guangcong Road and Keyun Road (Vehicles entering Xinan Expressway from Xunfeng Zhou Station will be charged).

Now the repairing of the Inner Ring Road is at the stage when the traffic control is very difficult. To ensure a good traffic condition, parts of Beihuan and Huanan Expressways are open for free thanks to the joint efforts of the related functional departments of the municipal government, Guangzhou Beihuan Expressway Co.Ltd and Huanan Expressway Co. Ltd.
