By the end of August, GuangZhou residents can enjoy dreamlike night scene on the sides of The Pearl River.

The lighting engineering on both sides of the Pearl River is under construction and the section from Exhibition Centre to Sun Yat-sen University Deck will be lit up. It is estimated the whole lighting engineering including the New Urban Central Axis and two sides of the Pearl River will be completed by the end of August.

By then, a beautiful starry picture will be unfolded on the New Urban Central Axis with a length of five kilometres and two banks of the Pearl River with a length of 18 kilometres, where the night scene of New TV Tower, Zhujiang New Town Twin Towers, White Swan Lake and Haixinsha will be very striking.
