Services Provided:

1.Registration of real estate on the state-owned land:

a)transfer of the real estate with issued title deed (including transaction, inheritance, gift, transaction, allotment from family property etc.);

b)alteration of the real estate with issued title deed (enlargement, addition, alteration, partial demolition, allotment, combination, or change of the housing address, name and area; or name change of the titled owner);

c)mortgage registration and registration of mortgage cancellation of the approved and issued real estate title deed;

d)correction registration of the issued real estate title deed.;

2.Related property registration of the land and the housing with collective ownership;

3. Other services:

a)responsible for the initial and general registration of houses  managed by non-productive institutes and not involved with system reform and assets restructuring; registration of individual house obtained out of policy; the modification and transfer registration of individual and public houses after the initial title ascertaining of the whole building.

b)provide the price evaluation of the administratively-owned (non-profit) real estate and the taxation evaluation of real estate transaction.
