1. Applicable Codes: Guangdong Provincial Regulations on Urban Real Estate Ownership Registration, Guangdong Provincial Regulations on Urban Real Estate Transfers, and GuangZhou Municipal Provisions on Urban Real Estate Registration.
2. Applicability: Property owners whose properties have been requisitioned according to the law and the requisitioners have obtained initial registration for newly completed properties which are used to exchange the property owners’ title to their original properties, and both parties have agreed to jointly to file for the registration of compensation for the requisition.
