Thus, the clients who requests the services of registration alteration, mortgage registration, initial registration, expropriation compensation, lien cancellation, inheritance, gift, registration with real estate title deed, acceptance of second hand housing transaction, transfer registration of second hand housing transaction, taxation consultation on transaction, archives inquiry, surveying and mapping, house evaluation, should go to the according working areas and pay attention to the screen.
5.Slip-taking
In order to save time of the clients, Guangzhou Municipal Real Estate Transaction Registration Center arrange the transaction and registration services in two floors:
The ground floor: the clients, who want the service of acceptance of second hand housing transaction and transfer registration of second hand housing transaction, can go to inquiry desk for number slips.
The second floor: The clients, who need the services of registration, can go to the inquiry desk in the second floor for number slips.
6.Attention:
As if March 1, 2004, Guangzhou Municipal Real Estate Transaction Registration Center has carried out the practice of setting the number of slips for one day in every morning. So the clients are advised to arrange their time schedules.
